Product Details
BB100-T2M6S5-C-BR combines 2 x M6(1/4″) studs with 5 screw terminals on a 150A bus bar. The mixed connection layout gives cable lugs and smaller terminated conductors their own landing positions, helping installers organize a common supply or return connection. Black and red versions share the same connection layout.
BB100-T2M6S5-C-BR / mixed terminal configuration.
- 01 Separate landing points on a common bus
2 M6(1/4″) studs and 5 screw terminals distribute connections along the bar rather than concentrating every lug on one post. These positions share a bus; they are not separately isolated circuits. - 02 Access for cable routing
The M6(1/4″) stud layout provides defined positions for locating cable lugs. Account for lug width, cable bend radius and tool access when positioning the assembly inside a protected enclosure. - 03 Black and red versions
Black and red versions let wholesalers offer consistent color identification across common supply and return layouts. The electrical connection configuration remains the same for both colors.

Terminal counts refer to one product assembly. Color versions are not added together. Mounting screws are not counted as electrical screw terminals.
Current rating applies to the product, not to each connection. Provide circuit protection separately. Inch sizes are approximate references, not interchangeable thread specifications.
Compare Connection Layouts and Ratings
Compare this model with other connection formats in the DAIERTEK range. Matching terminal counts do not establish mechanical interchangeability.

Counts are totals for each listed assembly. Dual assemblies are not rated by adding two current values. Black/red options do not mean that a pair is supplied.
Common DC Connections in Practice
Typical uses for protected vehicle and onboard electrical installations.

Off-road accessory wiring
Organize common accessory connections with the 2 x M6(1/4″) stud layout and 5 screw positions. Locate the bar in a guarded, dry compartment rather than an exposed vehicle area.

RV auxiliary electrical systems
Provide an accessible common connection point within a protected onboard electrical compartment. Plan the connections around the required polarity and provide circuit protection separately.
Application examples describe potential installation contexts, not verified fitment to a particular vehicle. Keep live connections protected from water, conductive debris and accidental contact.
