REMOTE BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH / REMOTE BATTERY KILL SWITCH / 433 MHz BATTERY SWITCH

RL-RCM300-POS 300A 433 MHz Remote Battery Disconnect Switch with Voltage Display

DAIERTEK RL-RCM300-POS is a 300 A remote battery disconnect switch for 12 V / 24 V DC systems, using 433 MHz remote control and a 1,000 A cranking current rating for 30 seconds. The unit installs on the positive battery connection and includes an LED voltage display and magnetic-latching control. Standby consumption is 3 mA, supporting battery-control installations in vehicles that are parked between uses. Custom packaging boxes are available for aftermarket wholesalers, private-label distributors and vehicle equipment programs.

Product Details

  • 01 Remote battery isolation

433 MHz remote control provides a battery isolation interface for service access and vehicle storage. Disconnecting the switched load path helps reduce drain from connected standby loads; the receiver still has a 3 mA standby current.

  • 02 Positive-side control and voltage display

The positive-side disconnect includes voltage display and magnetic-latching operation. In 12 V operation, low voltage below 11.8 V triggers disconnection after 120 seconds. Remote operation is inhibited above 13.2 V, with local button control available.

  • 03 Packaging and colour options

Custom packaging boxes support private-label and distributor programs.

Parking storage and service applications

Cars Parked Between Uses

Remote isolation of the switched battery load path when a car is left parked between trips. This helps reduce drain from connected standby loads without repeatedly accessing the battery.

RV and Camper Seasonal Storage

Battery isolation during periods when the vehicle is not in use. Leave required safety, monitoring and charging circuits connected according to the vehicle wiring plan.

Trucks and Equipment with Restricted Battery Access

Remote operation provides an accessible control when the installed battery disconnect is difficult to reach, provided the receiver location and vehicle structure allow reliable reception.

Stored Vehicles and Battery Service Access

An electrical isolation step for stored cars and compatible service procedures. Battery disconnection can reset clocks and stored settings or disable alarms; it is not a guarantee against vehicle theft.

Do not remotely disconnect a running engine. Battery isolation may remove power from alarms, trackers, memory circuits and safety devices. Receiver placement, metal battery compartments, obstructions and radio interference can affect effective remote range. The receiver remains a standby load after switching.

Technical information for RL-RCM300-POS

Request the installation drawing, battery connection details and 433 MHz remote-control information for RL-RCM300-POS. Custom packaging boxes are available for wholesale and private-label orders. Effective remote range depends on receiver location, antenna placement and orientation, metal shielding, nearby radio interference and the remote-control battery condition. Vehicle bodywork, engine compartments and metal battery boxes can obstruct the signal. Keep the antenna clear of surrounding metal where the installation permits, and check operation from the intended operating position after installation. A 433 MHz operating frequency alone does not define a guaranteed range.
